    Job Description

    1)Responsible for all regional transactions regarding branch rental agreements, insurance policies and monitoring of irregularities through fraudulent activities
    2) Follow up & Monitoring of Scrutiny & follow up of spurious and low quality ornaments done at branches
    3) Co-ordinate with Audit department in identifying spurious/low quality accounts through daily flash reports
    4) Ensure reappraisal of ornaments thru AH & RM and pursue settlement of account within 15 days
    5) Co-ordinate with auction department for sale of spurious/low quality ornaments, or filling of police complaint wherever required as per company policy.
    6) Notification in the event of difference in weight of ornaments and initiating disciplinary action wherever required.
    8) Scrutiny and follow up of theft gold, police compliant and required procedures
    9) Renewal of all major insurance policies – Burglary, Money, Fire, Fidelity, Gold-in-transit, Cash-in-transit, electronic equipment policy, etc.
    10) Liaison and co-ordination with insurance companies for insurance claims and make good of the loss for the company.
    11) Reporting of fraud activities to RBI as per guidelines
    12) Ensure reports on frauds outstanding, progress report on frauds, etc. to RBI wherever required as per guidelines
    13) Report to the Board of Directors for Quarterly & Annual Review of Fraudulent activities in the company.
    14) Follow up on branch rental agreements across India thru respective RM’s.
    15) Ensure proper documentation of rental agreements and proper legal closure
    16) Suggest disciplinary action for fraudulent employees
